Losing Alec at the playground (Scariest few minutes ever)
Watching Avaree feed the ants fruit snacks and string cheese.
Riding the train with Brooke, Dee, and Karlin (oh and our kids too)
Watching the boys (Cole, Jayben, and Alec) climb on the rocks while we were eating lunch.
Finally getting our kids together to play.
Seeing each other as adults with kids that we aren't just babysitting. (when did we get all this responsibility?).

It was a perfect day. The weather was great (ok it was a little hot). The kids were all SO good.
I hope that we all don't let so much time pass before getting together again! I love you girls!

Here is the difference between Jayben this year and last year. It's funny when you see your kid every day you don't notice the changes. Jayben was so good at the zoo. I was so happy. Thanks bud!

Oh what fun the zoo is. We went on Saturday and had a blast. Looks like you guys did too.
That was a fun day (other than losing Alec :( not so fun). We need to all just go to a park next time so the kids can play. Karlin, Dee and I were saying that we should go to the water park by Dee in daybreak the first Friday in June.
Did you end up working at all on Friday?
I did end up having to work. But it wasn't bad.
yes I do want to get together again. Hopefully I can. I might be working that day. We'll see.
So, I was looking at the picture of all of us at the zoo and one of my classmates asked if you were my sister. Funny how even 10 years later people think we are sisters.
The Zoo is so fun! I just posted pics of our zoo day too.

Another good post. I loved your highlights! I am still laughing out loud at you spraying poor Jayben in the face with the drinking fountain. Poor guy. He is so cute. Can't wait to see you again... it was a great day!
Yeah, Dee said to me later that she still thinks that we look like sisters- even after 10 yrs. Must me the hair :)
