Nurses have this tradition that you get "pinned" after you graduate. The rules of the pinning are you must be pinned by a Registered Nurse and you must recite a poem. So, last minute I decided to go. I asked Tawna the night before if she would pin me (I know what you are thinking, and no we are NOT dating).
It was a short a sweet program. My bestest friend in school gave a speech. She did so great and was the perfect person for the job.
At one point in the program we looked back and Ben had all three kids on his lap. (Now, I have proof that there is enough room for three kids on his lap.)
My name was spelled wrong in the program and they announced Tawna's name as TawnYa. Oh well, good times. 
It's so good to be done. Only one more hurdle to jump over and I will be an RN. But the best part about the night was celebrating no more SHC!!! Someone tell me when the scrub burning party is...

Oh my heck! I love you so much! How did I get so lucky to have you through all this? Honestly!!! Thanks for always being the rock for me! And thanks for the nice comments about the speech! I burned my scubs the night I got home from graduation!! I have pictures of it. Now all you have to do is pass boards! My hair fell out in chunks until I passed. Kaplan books realy helped me learn the "game" of ansewering board questions. Good luck and congrats! Oh and now you can read a REAL book that not a nursing book YAY!
