And the winner is...

We participated in the South Weber Days 10K, 5K, and 2 mile walk. It was tons of fun. Peggy and I walked, but not together. I was pushing Jayben in the stroller and with my pregnancy weight to boot I could not keep up with Peggy. Kenzie, Cass, Desi, Terry, Nick, and Josh all ran the 5K. Riley, Jay and Ben ran the 10K.

We all came out with something. Kenzie ran her best time in the 5K and beat all the other girls, so she got $50 and then won a Garmin watch. Riley won the 10K and got $150. I was the fastest pregnant lady pushing a stroller so I got a medal for that. Ok, it was really just fastest for my age group. Peggy, Jay, and Terry also won the fastest for their age groups too. Ben took second for his age group. Then Ben won a sweet hunting hat that we know will get so much use, so if anyone needs a bright orange hat, let us know. Desi won a scrapbook page but traded it in for lotion because she doesn't scrapbook much.

Jayben has been wearing mine and Bens medals all over. It's awesome. I can't believe that every person in the family that paid for the race won something. We all did so good and South Weber sure knows how to put on a race. Can't wait for next year!

That's awesome! Congrats on the medal. I'm sure it makes up for some of that yucky pregnant "I can't do that anymore" feeling!

Praise the belly band!
Good to see the whole fam at the race. Why didn't they have a not-pregnant-anymore Mommy pushing a stroller 10K category...maybe next year! Glad things are going well with the pregnancy. Take care and good job getting out Janessa!
