Phase 1 of nesting has begun. And trust me there are many phases of this at our house.
We decided to move the boys into the same room! YIKES! But I wanted them to feel like they were getting a whole new room (and because Jayben is territorial I wanted it to look different). So, we moved the boys into some new sleeping arrangements for the weekend and went to town.

The boys really wanted a fort under our kitchen table. The hardwood is well...hard so we moved the mattress under as well. The boys did ok sleeping under there. Usually Lincoln was too loud and would keep Jayben up so we ended up moving Lincoln back into his old room at some point each night.

Thanks to Pinterest I got some great ideas for how I wanted the room to look. And here is the final

The top is a light blue but it's hard to tell from the pictures. We added the chair rail on Monday and it looked fantastic. And so far so good with them sleeping in the same room. They have their moments but overall I call it a success.
