Brecklyn was born. I can't believe it. Here are some things from the last month.
Lincoln just loves his sister. He does get jealous. Usually "needs" me to do something for him every time I am feeding her. But he is very sweet with her. Asks if he can pet her and then repeats "she's not an animal" as he does it.
Grandma Peggy came over and held Brecklyn for a while and they both fell asleep. This is how she sleeps best. But we have moved her to the swing to sleep. She grunts like crazy in her sleep.
One of my favorite things is to document how much my babies grow. Here are the pics of Brecklyn at 1 month.
Here's what we know about Brecklyn at one month:
Was a bad nurser in the beginning. I had to use a shield and it was horrible.
Nurses pretty good now. Usually for less than 10 minutes on one side per feeding.
She has reflux (just like her brothers). Started her on Zantac to help.
Has had 1 bottle.
Sleeps about 16 hours a day.
Cries every night from 7-8.
Hates to have a poopy diaper.
Only lost her hair in the front where her bows rub but they also hide it.
Eyes are still a light grey blue. (Please, please, please stay!)
Smiles mostly in her sleep but occasionally we can catch one.
Mostly called Brecklyn but is also called Brecks, Breckylina, princess, and unfortunately I sometimes still call her buddy!
This month has flown by. We are sure enjoying our little angel.
