The wedding day ended up great. The weather was perfect. Big surprise there wasn't any rain! The day went pretty smooth too. At least in my opinion. We weren't really part of the wedding but I designated myself the honorary Maid of Honor! And even though it was a Temple wedding Jayben could hold the title of "ring bearer". And Ben was the court Jester!
At the wedding luncheon Jacobs friends got up and roasted him. They reminisced about putting apricot on porches and reading the scriptures. All I could think about was when Brittany was born and I saw her poop for the first time and it was disgusting (I was only 8, of course it was). Then I thought about her learning to play the violin and how at first she was just ok but then she got really, really good at it. (that one's for you Brit!) I remember Brittany through her awkward years, I was so excited when she had her first kiss on her family cruise. But you know we are really glad that Brit married Jacob so that she didn't have to change her name to Brittany Bananahammock. Jensen is a much better name. .jpg)

In all seriousness, we are proud of you Brit and the WOMAN that you have become, sorry Janaye, your daughter is a woman now. I'm glad that we could watch you grow. And that you still live close enough to babysit (hint hint).
My nieces and nephews are not so small anymore. I think that all of them over 12 are bigger than me now. Anna and Laura watched Jayben during the sealing and it was fabulous. He is going to miss you both. Just remember that we have a spare room at our house (and we have a 100% rate of getting you married in less than a year).
