What’s up?

Since becoming a nurse I have had very little time to update the blog. Here are some of the things we have been doing in between training for the half marathon, 12 hour shifts, soccer games, and school.

Cassidy's bridal shower, Friday. There were a lot of people there. We played a game where people had to kiss a picture of Taylor and then when it was her turn he came out in a UPS uniform (apparently, it's one of her fantasies). The next game we went on a scavenger hunt. All of the items were things that reminded us of Cass. A mission plaque, a rocking horse, soccer cleats, and an i-pod just to name a few. Instead of the traditional scavenger hunt we took pictures of the items we needed.

Saturday we went to Classic Skating for Jayben's friend Sebastian's birthday party. It was a lot of fun. There was a lot of stuff for the kids to do.

And finally, we had some fun with my family after Sunday dinner. We made homemade Costa Vida burritos. They were delicious. Then to work off the food we played on the Wii Fit. Marc and Trevor were doing the slalom skiing but needed some help with the balance and used a broom and a mop. It was classic.

Alec went to a party at Classic a few weeks ago and had a blast. Did Hayben love it?

So I know very little about the wii but I was thinking that it was pretty cool that it came with ski poles. Good idea making your own.
