Thursday night we went back in time
walking with dinosaurs.
Jayben loved it! Some of the dinosaurs were pretty loud but he could not take his eyes off of them. He was so excited to name the dinosaurs that came out before the narrator. When they said one was a Torosaurus Jayben told us "the guy said it wrong, it's a triceratops!"
I was rather disappointed with our seats. They sold upper bowl tickets and unfortunately due to all the lighting you could hardly see the stage. We ended up moving closer at intermission and it was much better.
The show had some dry humor in it and some well…not so dry. I mean, what's a show if you don't have GIANT POO in it? I couldn't believe they added that (and sound effects to go with it). But my favorite part was watching the people inside the raptors and baby t-Rex. It was interesting to see how they moved like they were dinosaurs.

We wanted to go to that too--but weren't sure how scary the dinosaurs would really be--glad you guys did it! Looks like fun. Also, I remember to fondly the times of basement finish. Landon wanted so bad to be "Bob the Builder" with his daddy--if you two get bored--give Landon and me a call!!
PS--The Dino park is really free? Or just free for you?? I'd love to take Jayben and Landon next time on a really warm day!!
That sounds like fun, although I am sure Phoenix wouldn't like it. I can't wait until Maddox gets older so we can start to do "boy" things.
Anyway, next time you go to the dino park let me know, we'll come up with you.
We wanted to go too but I was afraid it would scare Weston. I heard it was awesome though. Sounds like fun.
I wish I would have taken Alec. Everyone I have talked to about it loved it. Sad we missed it. GLad Jayben loved it!
