Mother's day!

Mother's day was great! Ben and Jayben let me sleep in! They made me breakfast (ok, they warmed up some pancakes I had made earlier in the week) but it was still great. I got some sweet flip flops and a massage, pedicure and two prenatal yoga classes. I can't wait for the massage!

Being a mom is not easy. It's amazing! Ben and I have not been on a vacation since we have had Jayben and getting a night away is even few and far between. But I wouldn't trade him in for any of those things. In the last four years I have been puked on, pooped on, peed on, gained and lost weight and gained again, and puked about once a week for 12 weeks. And it's all worth it!!!

Jayben is in a fun stage where he will say "guess what?" Then when I say "what?" He says "I love you!" It makes me so happy and I hope he never grows out of it. Plus he draws me some awesome pictures.

So, I thought those were eyelashes but Jayben informed me that they are NOT. That is just how my eyes sparkle.

Jayben also drew this and wanted to write his entire name. You have to follow the arrows to see it but I think he did pretty good. He even got his middle initial in there.
