Zoo

Today we went with Candace and her kids to the zoo. It was so hot. The first building we walked into I was sweating so bad it was dripping from my face. Luckily, a breeze came through and it didn't end up being that bad. I didn't bring the stroller this time and surprisingly Jayben did pretty good. I'm sure it helped that Hadley and/or Tayson would walk with him. We got to see the new baby giraffe. They have people there and signs up to remind you to be quiet. Jayben did such a good job whispering while we were by the giraffe. I can only hope that he will be so kind to the little human I am growing.

I, of course, wanted to get his picture by the gorilla. But now there is a new measuring chart. How will I ever keep track of my child's growth now? Jayben was excited to pose with me since it has a mom and a kid gorilla. He even wanted to pose for the orangutan one! He was such a trooper that we ended the day with a train ride.

Now it's time for a nap. Definitely for me, but only a maybe for Jayben!

Love the zoo- especially when they have baby animals ;) We should go again.
And I think it is awesome that you guys hosted a ping pong tournament! Sounds like something my family would do (except with paddle ball instead).
How are you feeling???

Sad we missed out....meetings are long and boring--while the zoo would be much more fun! Especially with Lando and Jayben together!

$2 Tuesdays at Thanksgiving Point. Has Jayben been to their dinosaur museum?
