happy happy birthday!

I can't believe my baby is already 2! We celebrated Lincolns birthday on Sunday with our families. We planned a Yo Gabba Gabba party. And even planned a special surprise. (Note to future home teachers, you may not want to ask us if there is anything you can do for us!)

Aqeel came to our house in costume. He danced with us and got us laughing. The video will be coming soon.

Lincoln wasn't quite sure what to think .

We sang and had cake and ice cream. Yes the cake is Ben's handy work again!

Then it was time for presents. Lincoln got into opening them. But anything he wasn't super excited about he would hand to my dad. So funny.

He got lots of great gifts that he is thrilled with. They make lots of noise and are somewhat annoying. It is a 2 year olds dream come true!

Thanks to everyone who came to support him. It was a great party.

On his actual birthday 10/10/11. We took him and Cannon to Kangaroo zoo.

They had a blast.

Cannon took a minute ( or 30) to warm up to it but Lincoln went full force for over an hour. He was climbing up the huge slide and going down on his belly. It was so stinkin cute.

The boys played their little hearts out and were completely pooped after.
