This is called THE MEMORY post. I am doing this because I can't think of anything to blog about and it sounds like tons of fun!!!
Here are the rules.
1. As a comment on my blog, leave a memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you know me a little or a lot, anything you remember! If we're only blogging friends, write about a post that is most memorable.
2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll be sure to write one about you... either on your blog, in my comment box, or I will email you back!
3. If the memory happens to involve my husband, please include him! He reads this blog too.
4. If you can't say something nice, don't say nothin' at all ☺

I bet this will shock you that my memory is about soccer. The first time you and Ben subbed for us on our team you both kept yelling "nice idea". I LOVED it because even when I sucked I still felt like at least I had good ideas. You both can come cheer for us anytime. You even make losing fun - but lets face it we don't lose when you guys play with us.
Fun idea, I can't wait to try it on Mirablogs.
what a cute idea. Hmmm, i remember when we first met on the surgical floor (which I haven't been to in FOREVER, how dumb!!) and we figured out how we knew eachother and who we both knew. Then we chatted about training for half marathons (how's it coming by the way) and had some good laughs. I also remember reading in a post that your birthday is March 9 and so is mine! We were destined to be friends :) Oh, and I saw your cute sister in law Candace at Old Navy, give her a shout out from me!!
Where to start....No really I do love the Whitesides. In fact, I think Landon and Jayben are going to be really good buddies.(We hope you guys are not planning on moving soon...)They all ready are in nursery! We need to have you guys over for a BBQ so we can make more memories!!
bringing it back to high school.. you were the coolest Sprit girl EVER! I loved how fun and friendly you were and I am so glad you became an officer. I have fun memories from Girls Night out.. dressing up crazy, etc. And since then you have always made a big effort to get together and stay in touch. You drive long distances for BBQ's or get-togethers. I always love seeing you! I remember meeting Jayben when he was about one and I remember talking about what a genius child he is..
ps. and i remember you and Jamie Taylor coming to my wedding reception... I don't remember very many people that night, but for your gift, you bought me a HUGE thing of Tide Laundry Detergent and it lasted practically our first year of marriage! Why do I remember THAT?
Seriously - the first thing that comes to mind is SPIRIT GIRL! I remember you and Jamie Burrup doing all sorts of crazy-cool things in high school. You're going to wear the outfit to the reunion, right? :)
For the JAGUARS:
Unfortunately, I will not be sporting my spirit girl costume to the reunion. My sister-in-law is getting married that day.
I am disappointed to miss the reunion but I'm sure that we can arrange through our blogs to get together another day. (At least I hope so).
Oh Janessa you crazy KAT! The first time I met you was at some high school thing that seemed like a summer sports tryout, or maybe registration, and when it was over we all walked home, and met some HOT guy with his shirt off right by the arctic Circle, and you totally got in the truck with him and drove off! It was HILARIOUS!!! (but not as scary as the time I did that with the stranger on state street).
And of course, loved to party and go dancing with you!! Always good times :) I'm doing TONS of granite in a new night club in marmalade, and I can't wait to get my pregnant booty up there with a coke, and shake things down- you game? You might want to know it's a Gay bar. I'm still in...
Hey Janessa, I don't know if you remember me from Mountain Ridge or not. Kenzie has you on her page so I thought I'd look. You have a cute family.
Oh I just read your post and just realized I was supposed to post a memory...haha, well I remember running into you in the bathroom at Weber State in the Science building.
So I remember dessing up for Halloween Senior year and going dancing (where we in matching Karate outfits?) We started telling guys we were twins- which they thought was awesome and then would want to dance with both of us so that they could claim they danced with twins all night. All through high school we kept getting asked if we were twins- crazy! Must be the blonde hair :)
Hey Janessa....
I remember laughing so hard while we were trying to play volleyball on that rec team. You kept telling us to "keep it simple" after we kept messing up. We have got to get playing again.
It's great reading you blog. I feel like I haven't had a conversation with you in forever but this kinda counts.
OK- Brooke and Janessa- do you also remember that night...how many different places we went dancing, and how we all got sick of WHO LET THE DOGS OUT. It's embarrassing how fun it was to dance to that song...I'm glad I didn't have to look at myself...
Well, I remember when we went jogging and it was super hot outside and we all almost died. then I put up a post a bout it on my blog, but because of some sensitive material I took it off right after. Lo and Behold who read it in the short time it was up? YOU! (The reason I took it off also read it and knew it was about them and now are not talking to me :)
Tawna-
I remember that time we jogged in 1000 degree weather. Oh those were the days! Remember how I had to walk up the hill and you thought I puked.
Dee and Brooke-
didn't we have to sneak you girls into the clubs to go dancing? Wow, how would it be to pretend to be 18? Oh wait I do that everyday!!!
But I don't get into cars with strange boys anymore (unless you count Ben, he is HOT too)
There are so many memories from HS. We were the coolest basketball fan club. We made T-shirts, cookies for the team, got in good with all their parents and the coaches.
For some reason I remember being in the back of Corey Johnsons truck with you driving around by your house. I'm not sure why but you didn't need a reason for anything in HS did you?
You were always up for some fun and you we're fun to be with.
Oh one more. I remember one Christmas Eve you brought me a gift. It was a bunch of stuff you had borrowed from me. Thanks a lot! ha.
Thanks for the stroll down memory lane.
oh Val. I do have lots of memories of us in HS (except for the Christmas gift thing, wow!, i'm sure I thought I was being funny). Anyway, I remember playing foosball all night at the Waites house. We were unstoppable.
You always made the best chocolate chip cookies. MMM. And one time we got really excited to make a ice cream cake roll. I don't remember how that one turned out though.
I remember in elementary school you came for field day to show off your javelin skills. I think you were dating Zane or something because I thought he was really cool.
Brit-that is funny. The funniest thing I remember about that day is that on our way to the elementary school Kristy crashed her Blazer into a huge bush.
Janessa... I remember you of course as spirit girl but being the nicest girl that gets along well with everyone and just goes with the flow and you are still that way! I'm so glad we are still in touch!! You are beautiful inside and out.
Karlin, thanks so much. I'm glad that you remember that about me because that is honestly how I strive to be.
I have some awesome memories of you. The one that stands out is when we put you in a shopping cart. I still have the video.
ha ha remember when we were dress shopping, all us girls and we tried on the same dress and then at the same time tried to get out of them and we couldnt! that was hilarous being stuck in dresses at the same time!
